Crown Brands, LLC Signs Exclusive Licensing Agreement with MCIC

Crown Brands, LLC is pleased to announce an exclusive licensing arrangement with MCIC of Garden City, New York, which will be effective September 1, 2019.  Under this agreement, MCIC grants Crown Brands, LLC an exclusive license for the manufacture, promotion, sales and distribution of the MCIC Product.   MCIC is a leading marketer and distributor of dinnerware and glassware in the United States.  This agreement includes the exclusive distribution of the Lucaris® brand of crystal glassware known for exceptional durability and versatility.

“Our Licensing Agreement with MCIC rounds out our tabletop portfolio giving us the glassware partnership we need” said Tony Battaglia, CEO of Crown Brands, “It also provides us with the opportunity to offer renowned Lucaris Crystal Stemware, Spanish made Porvasal porcelain and expand our offering into melamine.”  MCIC CEO Kian Forouzesh added “we are excited to be part of the extensive distribution network of Crown Brands.”

According to the company, they are also pleased to announce that Kian will continue to lead the MCIC sales efforts as a special consultant to Crown Brands while also providing training and guidance to the current Crown Brands Sales team.
