Why not? They’re made from plant starch and are completely compostable as certified by the American Society for Testing and Materials (of course, you know these people, right?)
This company has these and lots of other cool tableware products made from 100% natural plant material that aren’t bleached to be white. All recyclable and compostable – they contain NO chemicals or plastics…only plant pulp. And , yes…they work well in foodservice as they’re completely oil/liquid resistant and can be used for hot or cold foods.
We just like them ’cause they look great….and they’re great for our planet.
