BLOSSOM Hotel consists of a selection of flat plates and deep dishes in various sizes, which enable attractive fine dining presentations as desired by the most creative chefs in the demanding gastronomy industry.
The flat plates are available in the sizes of 32 cm, 27 cm, 21 cm and 17 cm. While all common portions can be placed on the main course plate and appetizers like antipasti, amuse-bouches and little dishes and desserts can all be presented effectively on the smaller plates, the largest plate is perfect for generous arrangements.
