Suppliers of innovation to the hospitality industry, Goodfellow & Goodfellow Ltd (G & G), have launched their latest brochure, the much anticipated Portfolio 4. Always aiming to be the market leaders within the industry, Portfolio 4 is their fourth Portfolio edition and is bigger, better and sexier than Portfolio 3, which was released to the market in 2016.

“With every brochure we launch we try to out-do our last one,” said Valda Goodfellow, Owner and Managing Director of G & G, “We have done things a little differently for our fourth edition and have focused on chef’s menus and also included our Spring/Summer collection.” Customers will also find more ranges from their favorite brands, as well as an eclectic collection of new brands that were hand-picked by Paul and Valda Goodfellow themselves.

“Whenever we find a new brand, we think about what restaurants and hotels it will work in and who of our customers will fall in love with it,” explains Valda, “A lot of time and thought goes into choosing the brand selection for our Portfolio.”

To celebrate the release of their Portfolio 4, G & G hosted two launch events in their London showroom. Attendees were among the first to sample the new Portfolio and browse G & G’s exciting new collections.

“We love celebrating with our customers and launch events are a great way to catch up with customers and meet new ones too,” said Valda, “We were completely blown away by the amazing feedback from everyone who attended, it certainly makes all the hard work worth it. I can’t wait to see what the rest of you think!”

Goodfellows are renowned in the industry for their awe-inspiring food imagery and they promise that Portfolio 4 showcases some of their best photography to date. For this edition, they collaborated with some of the best chefs in the industry; Daniel Watkins (Ravens Bar & Restaurant), Ben Jegu (The Royal Automobile Club), Alex Harper (The Ledbury), Dale Bainbridge (Pollen Street Social), Edoardo Pellicano (Maos Restaurant), Nuno Mendes (Chiltern Firehouse), Gerald Van Der Walt (Rogan & Co), Richard Allen (Rockliffe Hall) and Simon Jenkins (SNJ Patisserie).

“A lot of hard-work goes into our photo-shoots, from picking product that will work for each chef, to creating interesting sets and backgrounds that fits with the food and chefs style,” explains Valda. “With a focus on menu development in this edition, when flicking through our Portfolio, you will clearly see how each chef has their own style and unique flair – you will defiantly find a favorite or two amongst them!”
