TriMark USA, LLC the country’s largest provider of design services, equipment, and supplies to the foodservice industry, announced Chad Brooks has been named Chief Financial Officer, effective June 9, 2020. Mr. Brooks will report to the Chief Executive Officer, Marie Ffolkes. Chad joins TriMark from Workforce Logiq, where he was the Chief Financial Officer. He will be a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Chad will have full responsibility for TriMark’s Finance and Accounting operations. His responsibility will focus on our goal to be the most successful foodservice equipment and supply company in our markets by exceeding our customers’ expectations.

Chad began his career as a finance executive at General Electric. He joined General Electric in 1995 and held various positions across multiple business segments over 11 years. Since 2006, Chad has held executive leadership positions across multiple portfolio companies sponsored by Bain Capital, Carlyle, Cerberus Capital and Atlas Holdings. Most recently he was the CFO of Workforce Logiq, a Carlyle portfolio company. Prior to Workforce Logiq, he served as CFO of Bio Products Laboratory, Guilford Mills and Bushmaster. He has successfully partnered with the team to drive incremental value creation.

Chad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Syracuse University.

TriMark USA also recently announced Cameron Geiger has been named Chief Supply Chain Officer, effective May 11, 2020. Mr. Geiger will also report to the Chief Executive Officer, Marie Ffolkes. Cameron joins TriMark from Walmart where he held several key leadership roles in their U.S., International and Sam’s Club business groups since 2001. He will be a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Cameron will have full responsibility for TriMark’s sourcing, procurement, category management, transportation, and distribution to our customers. His responsibility will focus on our goal to be the most successful foodservice equipment and supply company in our markets by exceeding our customers’ expectations. In his role, he will develop and execute the company’s supply chain, procurement and inventory management strategies, to ensure optimization of our network in our goal to fully integrate as One TriMark. He and his team will continue to ensure our supply chain remain reliable for our customers during COVID-19.

Cameron began his 30-year career as a US Marine Helicopter Pilot with deployments overseas.  After a successful military career, he joined Kurt Salmon Associates in their Supply Chain Practice completing multiple engagements with online consumer product and retail clients. He joined Walmart in 2001 as Global Sourcing Director completing expatriate assignments in Singapore and the UK. He was promoted to VP, Sourcing, Walmart U.S. in 2006 where he was instrumental in saving millions in cost of goods, and then to VP and CIO for Sam’s Club in 2008 where he implemented an inventory management system. In 2012, he was appointed to the position of Senior Vice President, Inventory Management at Walmart U.S. where he rationalized SKU count and improved supplier scorecards. In addition, he served as SVP and CIO for Walmart Technology and its International divisions where he gained extensive experience in information systems, supply chain, distribution, and cultural change. In his most recent role, he was promoted to SVP, Supply Chain Services for Walmart U.S. where he improved fleet and logistics management.    

Cameron earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Naval Academy.
