TriMark USA, LLC President & CEO, Jerry Hyman, announced today the acquisition of R.W. Smith & Co. headquartered in San Diego, CA.

Smith & Co., the 18th largest foodservice equipment and supplies distributor according to FE&S Magazine, to the TriMark team,” Hyman says. “Our second acquisition in less than 30 days compliments TriMark’s presence in Southern California, extends our distribution into the San Diego and Los Angeles markets and adds depth in Texas, Florida and Arizona.”
R.W. Smith & Co. began selling bar supplies in 1935, and in the following years, expanded its product offerings and brand affiliations. Today, they are a full-service foodservice equipment and supplies distributor offering turnkey services and design-build capabilities to dining establishments and commercial kitchen facilities.
