TabletopJournal’s new year in trade shows gets off to a great start this tomorrow when we attend the world’s most important consumer goods trade fair – Ambiente in Frankfurt, Germany. Ambiente 2016 will showcase a globally unrivalled range of products in the Dining, Giving and Living areas, with over 4800 exhibitors from 95 countries and over 130,000 attendees from 150+ countries for this five day show.
And, while yes…it is a show that is targeted at the consumer market vs. the hospitality marketplace….there are plenty of takeaways in terms of trends, new products, and crossover items that work just as well in the hospitality sector as they do in the home.
While there, we’ll be bringing you both – many exciting new discoveries… and, updates on familiar favorites – all primarily through our Instagram feed, with just a little Twitter thrown in, too. There, we’ll offer images and information on latest in what’s happening in the world of tabletop and what you may expect to see in your part of the hospitality world in the coming months.
