The 8th Annual StarChefs.com International Chefs Congress to off to a great start yesterday in New York City.
Lots of buzz with great chefs, great food, and great vendors all gathered along the banks of the Hudson River to showcase their best.
Tabletop companies Steelite, Front of The House, and Churchill were also there, along with food and equipment purveyors showcasing everything from truffles and venison to sous-vide cooking.
Interesting show with lots of young and talented chefs in attendence. Well done, StarChefs.
Steelite’s new SEDONA dinnerware was front and center as you entered the pier pavillon, and, along with it’s CRAFT collection, had chefs in attendence buzzing.
