With its SILVER BIRCH decoration, SCHÖNWALD has for the first time succeeded in creating a matte decoration concept for one of its most successful collections. The rough surface, which is shown off to best effect on the large plates and bowls, is reminiscent of the structure of birch bark. It harmonizes perfectly with the all-brown decoration – on the saucers and plates, for example – so that SILVER BIRCH represents a coherent decoration concept, in itself, for a wide range of occasions from rustic to trendy, remaining chic at all times without appearing exaggerated
