While perhaps not for the “average” restaurant, one of the more interesting companies we found at the AMBIENTE show in Frankfurt was Pordamsa, from Catalonia region of Spain. If you are a restaurateur truly trying to differentiate the dining experience for your guests, you would do well to consider Pordamsa.

Pordamsa was founded in 1976 in a traditionally ceramist zone in La Bisbal d’Empordà.

With raw materials coming from around the globe, Pordamsa’s founders’ intention was to create high quality porcelain. With a focus on design and innovation, Pordamsa has been exporting great, creative products for the tabletop for more than 25 years. And, in doing so, has earned a reputation for creativity matched by few others.
