Still there are professional photographers who raise the level of food imagery to an art form and TabletopJournal is launching a new series to bring the professional food photographer our from behind the scenes and place them at center stage through our regula profiles. We’re excited about this new series, so excited that we’ve place it on our front “Welcome” page to start off!

Evan has photographed the food of top chefs such as Paul Liebrandt and had his worked published by top consumer publications like New York Times, Bon Appetit, and GQ magazine. He’s also responsible of a lot of the artistry in chef cookbooks such as Yvonne Ruperti’s  One Bowl Baking and North, the Nordic Cuisine of Iceland, the hot new book by Jody Eddy and Gunnar Karl Gislason.
