The issue of attracting and retaining young talented, future leaders is crucial to the success of any industry. That’s why we initiated our segment titled “Top Young Tabletop Talent” in which we profile young, up and coming future leaders within our industry. The first two people we have profiled – Jack Eaton from Steelite and Josh Smith from Bargreen Ellingson – are both outstanding examples of the type of people we need more of. In the coming months, we look forward to showcasing more of tabletop’s future leaders.
