Brent received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and went on to pursue his MBA at Cardinal Stritch University. After 7 years of active service in the United States Marine Corps, Brent began his career in foodservice with Pactiv Evergreen Food Packaging and continued with Rubbermaid Commercial Products, amongst others. Prior to joining BauscherHepp, Inc. Brent created Profit Shield Advisors, LLC and served as Managing Partner, consulting with a range of companies to develop cost-saving measures.
In his free time, Brent enjoys spending time with his wife Robyn and daughters Olivia and Isabel, volunteering with his church community, and fostering animals.
As President of BauscherHepp, Brent will work with our international Board of Directors, a diverse array of brands, sales representatives and dealers, customers, and BauscherHepp’s internal team. By strengthening these relationships, BHI will continue its commitment to providing exceptional service. We are so excited to begin this new journey together.
