Exciting Innovations in the Hospitality Industry at HX: The Hotel Experience 2017

A lot is in store for those attending HX: The Hotel Experience this weekend, November 12-13. But those visiting for the food service aspect are in for two days of innovation and creativity. HX: The Hotel Experience has prepared their new 360° Innovation Zones for the categories of Food & Beverage, Lobby & Bar and Tech to debut at the show.

The Food & Beverage 360° Zone, “Pivot Point”, is of particular interest, acting as a cafe during the day with refrigeration and coffee features, and rotating into a full service bar by evening. Truly a work of food service innovation one will want to see.

We’re also looking forward to seeing the GM Lounge, an area devoted specifically to hotel General Managers for networking, learning and socializing. Sounds like it will a great area!

Other exciting highlights include tabletop exhibitors such as Front of the House, Steelite International, MADHOUSE and Vertex China. Attendees can also look forward to a multitude of events at the Restaurant booth. On Sunday, the Kitchen in a Closet panel gives insights on how to cook in nontraditional spaces such as a pop-up kitchen.

The NYC Hospitality Alliance will be hosting a number of panels such as Behind the Buzz of Craft and Local, Optimize Your Restaurant for Profitability, Living La Vida Hotel: The F&B Influence and more. Each panel will give you priceless insight into the latest trends in the industry and how to transform your business to cater to the generation driving them.
