Ecole Hoteliere Lausanne: Restaurant Purchasing Survey

In order to better understand the future needs of the restaurant industry, the Food & Beverage Industry Chair of the Ecole hôtelière of Lausanne is studying how the purchasing function in restaurants will have evolved by 2025.
