Churchill’s Creative director Erich Rommelrath says: “For this range we have looked at how chefs are inspired – from foraging in the wild to the care taken in sourcing local produce – bringing us to the landscapes that provide the backdrop to it all. The result is a diverse range of organic shaped plates and bowls that can be used together to create visually stunning food presentation. The shapes are sympathetic to nature, with soft curves and contoured lines reminiscent of the landscape.’
Made in England, keeping with the locally sourced ideal, Churchill’s new DISCOVER is a professional collection of fourteen organic shapes. Each looks to be organically produced – yet the range of round, oval, oblong plates and bowls are designed to meet the performance demands of the hospitality market.
Each stackable piece has a distinctive appearance and the soft forms present a style that is easy to handle during food preparation and service. The refined embossment enhances each shape.
