Churchill China Announces Strong Sales & Profits for 2016

Churchill China has announced strong sales and profit growth for this past year, particularly in Europe where sales jumped an impressive 36%. With 2016 sales of £51.1 million – including a reported record year for hospitality sales – the company also recorded profits of £6.5 million, according to local newspaper, The Sentinel.

David Taylor, Churchill China’s finance director told The Sentinel: “It has been a very successful year. Sales are well up, but the important thing for us is the increase in sales in our export market, particularly in Europe. We have been targeting growth in Europe for several years so for us to deliver a 36 per cent increase in that market is particularly pleasing.”
