The founder and designer of Carmona New York & Co. is Tammy Polatsek. Renown for her outstanding achievements as an event planner, and a caterer, as well as other aspects of the hospitality industry, Tammy decided to come up with her own line of dishes, that would make up for all the struggles she endured in 18 years of catering on the road. Her eye for presentation, coupled with her first-hand experience in catering, gave her unique insight into what caterers really need in a dish. Minneapolis (left), Race Track (center), and Royal (right) are just three of the dozens of platters and long plates available from Carmona New York & Co. In the 114 page catalog (show below) Carmona New York & Co. showcases literally dozens and dozens of innovative shapes of white platters, bowls, plates, cups & saucers, and serving pieces. It’s truly a wide array for virtually any menu type with multiple sizes in most shapes. And, while we might like to see more decoration on some of these beautiful pieces, that decoration certainly could be added if desired, I am sure.
