Welcome to Bldg46, our new video series on improving the food & beverage guest experience through the use of thoughtful tabletop and glassware. We’re starting with a number of segments on the continuing growth of craft beer ….and, of course, the importance of serving it in the proper glassware.

If you’re a bar manager or restaurateur already in tune with craft beer and all it can mean to both your guests’ experience and your profitability, then great. But if you’re like many who are attempting to learn a little more, provide a better beer experience – and, increase your profits – then maybe our hosts Katie and Ross will provide a few tips and ideas in our craft beer segments that prove helpful. Those in the hospitality supply chain just may find a few nuggets in there, as well.

Bldg46 isn’t meant to be “beer school”  (or ANY school, for that matter) but is intended to be another voice that is fun and easy-to-watch on how tabletop – and, glassware, in particular – can make a dramatic impact on the overall guest experience.
