David Ellingson, President of Bargreen Ellingson, announced today Bargreen Ellingson’s acquisition of The Restaurant Source, a foodservice equipment, supply, and design company headquartered in Denver, Colorado. The Restaurant Source is privately owned and operated by Arnie Schatz and his children, Michelle Friedman and Linda Schatz.
Founded in 1951 and purchased by the Schatz family in 1976, The Restaurant Source serves commercial foodservice operations—including hotels, restaurants, and institutions—across Colorado. Michelle Friedman is the president of the company and continues her family’s legacy of outstanding customer care, exemplified by The Restaurant Source’s commitment to serving success.
