Once again this year, the Villeroy & Boch Hospitality Division will be present on both days of the Bocuse d’Or European round in Turin and at the final in Lyon. To serve their culinary creations, European chef competitors will be able choose from a selection of plates from the STELLA Vogue and STELLA Hotel ranges. All meat dishes will be served from the large presentation plate to the dinner plates from the BLOSSOM Hotel collection.
Thanks to their size and elegant design, the stylish round plates with the delicate white- on – white relief from the STELLA Vogue and STELLA Hotel collections will provide the chefs with plenty of scope to showcase their creations. Inspired by nature, the unusual design of BLOSSOM Hotel features an elegant floral pattern. The delicate geometry has surprising irregular contours, creating a unique look for every item.
