The HX: The Hotel Experience show is putting hospitality tabletop center stage this November with its roundtable discussion “Hospitality Dinnerware Design and Selection in The Real World”.  

At TabletopJournal, we are excited to be a part of this 60 minute discussion that will be held on the show floor stage and will convey what is involved in creating –and selecting – great dinnerware from the perspectives of the designer, the manufacturer, the dealer, and the chef/restaurateur.  Of course, the concept of #TabletopMatters is critical to the overall guest dining experience and this session will showcase points to consider for food & beverage managers, restaurateurs, and chefs when choosing their tabletop, along with how to work best with top supply chain participants to insure the best quality design, re-supply, and value.
