In this Beyond The Table conversation, TabletopJournal Editor Dave Turner had the opportunity to sit with noted hospitality tabletop leader, Claude Peiffer, on a cool and bright sunny February day in the brand new, upstairs conference room in new, not-quite-100%-finished, European distribution center for RAK Porcelain.

Certainly the name Claude Peiffer is well-known around the globe in the hospitality tabletop industry. For more than 35 years, the name of Claude Peiffer has been synonymous with successful hospitality tabletop.
But in today’s conversation, Dave wanted to try to dig into more of the background on who Claude Peiffer- the person – is and how he came to be one of the legendary brand developers and managers of our time in the hospitality tabletop industry.
Full disclosure – Dave has known Claude Peiffer for more than 30 years and is lucky enough to call him his friend.
