RAK Porcelain is a part of RAK Ceramics, the world's largest ceramic product manufacturer.
With a global population that is growing in both size and age, healthcare of all types is a sector of the foodservice business that continues to show steady growth. RAK Porcelain has now introduced a healthcare plate series to go in their SKA Collection product range.

With three distinct plate shapes - each 228 mm/9" in diameter - SKA's healthcare plates are designed to fit into standard active (rethermalising through contact or forced air) or passive (transport of hot or cold meals) systems. RAK Porcelain has done the plates in 1) a 2 compartment, divided plate model, 2) a flat, wide rimmed model, and 3) a flat, narrow rimmed model.

All of RAK Porcelain's flat, non-enamelled bottom plates are designed especially to meet the requirements and constraints of users in the hospital and healthcare foodservice/catering segment.

TuxCare from Tuxton China .... Brightening Up Healthcare

Under the trademarked name "TuxCare", Tuxton China is brightening up the mealtimes for healthcare patients. Tuxton now has vitrified ceramic 9"healthcare plates in six colors that feature a flat-bottom for an ideal fit with most insultated/base/liners that are available in the market.

The TuxCare plates larger contact surface at the bottom promotes better heat dispersion and helps keep food hot during delivery especially when combined with insulated dome covers.
