Speaking of creativity in the tabletop category.....
Fineline's products look so close to permanent ware you will be amazed.
VP Brian McCullough leads a company focused on product innovation and obsessed with service
When preparing to head to the NRA Show, I asked knowledgable people what companies in the area of disposables I should be sure to check out and one company kept being mentioned - Fineline Settings. Expecting to see inovative and interesting products - of the non-permament type - I wasn't disappointed. Fineline Settings disposable dinnerware and flatware products look so close to their permanent counterparts, it's hard to tell the difference.

What really struck me was the discussion I had with Fineline Settings Vice President Brian McCullough and his company's committment to customer service. "We won't sell something until we have it in stock," according to Brian. "Shipping on time and overall customer service, along with product innovation, is what we're about. That's how we have grown so quickly," commented McCullough.

We'll be discussing the issue of customer service and how companies like Fineline Settings are using it as a point of differentiation. Most companies talk about their great service levels, but some companies do a much better job than others and are able to use use service as a point of competitive advantage.

Whether you are a manufacturer, a restaurateur, or tabletop salesperson....how's your customer service?
